Great beach OK room

This hotel is situated on the best beach we have come across on Ko Phangan and so gets good marks for its location. Its rooms seemed a little pricey for what they were but it was high season so maybe expected. They were reasonably clean, fairly basic and up quite a few steps. The beach restaurant was in a fantastic spot but overall was pretty average compared to the brilliant restaurants that exist in the small village.
