DO NOT GO HERE!

When check-in, we had to clean the room again. The staff is totally unfriendly and rude, if you don’t care about customer service, you will after you stayed here! They treat customers like an human ATM. The food in the hotel restaurant is overpriced and was premade and served after heated with microwave (hot bowl and cold curry soup f.e.). They were not able to contact with each other and also get you the wrong food. We had to eat here because boyfriend was sick. If you want to choose this hotel because its more cheap(like we did) you will still pay more in the end due to their overpriced shuttle bus.(f.e. 200thb/person until 6:59 to the ferry) The reception lady is totally rude, upper her voice easily and not very helpful. We had to check-out at 7:15am and still no one at the reception. Overall i cannot recommend anyone to stay here!

Disappointing
The photos of this place look twice as good than it actually is. The hotel is run down, the restaurant food is bad, the tiny beach is rocky and un-swimmable and the hot water in the shower only worked... อ่านต่อ
