So-So Hotel Made Great by the Service

The property is clean, the room is big but the lack of proper restaurant onsite and its location which is a bit far from everything will make me think twice in booking this hotel again. What made the experience outstanding though is Ellie - the receptionist. From getting a taxi, to giving tips on what places to visit and the best way to get there, and ordering for pizza deliveries - she pretty much does everything! She even proactively offers tips on how to walk the streets of Bangkok and how to say common words in local language. It's obvious how much she cares for her guests and for the hotel in general. Truly a gem!
