Really nice small boutique hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious, really like the decor. The hotel is around 5 mins walk from Thong Lor BTS station. There is a very clean hawker food stand nearby the station that's opened later afternoon to late night. Also close to Soi 55 which has a large Japanese expat community and lots of Jap restaurants.
There would be two things that i would deduct marks 1) being a hotel, it's obvious customers will come in with suitcases and such, but they have a few steps of stairs from the lobby to the elevator. Although it's only a few steps, if you are carrying a large and heavy luggage it can still be a bit of struggle. 2) although the walk to BTS station is short, the street leading to the BTS can get pretty busy with cars during the day, and pretty dark and quiet during the night. I suggest turning on the flashlight on your phone or like me, carried a small flashlight for safety and also to see the road.
