A little older and run down than advertised...

So, I was definitely surprised by what I found at the Changpuak hotel. When I arrived, the staff were very friendly and took me to my room. However, the water in the sink was brown and there was still waste in the toilet from the previous occupant.
The hotel is a bit older and feels a bit like a library (not a horrible thing) but just setting some expectations. The bathrooms are old and grungy and there are tons of mosquitos in the rooms.
Also be aware: the pool closes at 7 PM. If you ask me, there really isn't a point to a pool if it closes this early.
The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
