Bitter sweet. The view is not really worth their short comings.

We loved the view from our room and the upgrade, as it was our last day of our honeymoon/ vacation in Thailand. Thank you for that and the cake, it made us feel special. We were rudely shoved around on visiting the floor that has a few of their bars. I was literally pushed by a member of the staff at the sky bar. Thought that maybe because of the hype and that one of the other bars might be better, but no dice. On moving to the Distil /Whiskey bar combo, we were forced to order a drink soon on arrival.. Asked what we wanted to drink 4 times in a 10 minute interval. I asked for a glass of water and was charged 480 baht for 2, 240ml bottles. The service was not comparable to prices they were charging for the experience they thought they were delivering. They made us pass them the empties as they were charging my credit card! I am surprised they didn’t toss us a rag and ask us to wipe down the area. It was the worst service I have ever experienced at a star rated hotel! Ever!

Not exceptional apart from views and breakfast. Overly expensive bars.

Foie gras’s a must try on the chef table menu. The sauce in which the piece immersed in will bring a jaw-dropping and a whole new level of culinary experience at the LB. Bon appetite !

Very good service. Would highly recommend.
