Location, Bed, Staff

I was in Bangkok to meet friends transiting there so only had at two night three day stay. I normally stay over in Sathorn, so staying in Silom area was different. and nice. The hotel is short walk from the night market, two stops on the BTS to thet Siam square and right next door to a great restaurant (see my next post!). Staff were very lovely, especially as they were all upset about the King's passing away (that happened at 3pm and I arrived at 6pm). They gave us useful information on how tourists should behave, and moved the sofas out of the lobby to erect a beautiful alter to the king. The room I had was very large and had a well appointed bathroom. For the price and location it was excellent value.

excellent customer service
