The staff has made some silly mistakes during check in, it has caused me some discomfort, but they acted quickly in a professional way, so I was satisfied. Nothing bad to say really. The pool is great, the gym is fully equipped, breakfast has an extensive selection (but not worthy of a 5 star hotel in my opinion). Very central location but the road goes one way only: if you want to go to Siam or Sukhumvit areas the taxi must go all the way around and it inevitably gets stuck in traffic. I will go back
