Great location! Suspicious Check Out

The service provided by the hotel was great until our checkout situation had occurred. It was brought to my attention that by adding another guest to my room when first checked in, we did not pay the correct rate of 1200 baht (we were charged 1000 baht) per night and naturally the person who handled our check in to verify was no where to be found. The manager who presented us this case, also had no documentation on the 1000 baht security deposit that was collected upon our arrival so i had to reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charge as recommended by the manager.
While the staff was very apologetic of the situation, it was highly unprofessional in how they handled our accommodations and it was highly suspicious that they waiting till last minute to do so. After touring the island and seeing all that it has to offer, i would definitely find somewhere else to stay

Great location but terrible facility

Good location
The hotel is near the harbor and beach. However I used to think the beach belongs to the hotel only, while it is actually a public one, so the price is not actually worth of it

Pricey but nice. Great beach access. Close to everything
Right in the heart of Pee Pee. 1 min walk from your ferry to the hotel. Super close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Clubs/bars about 5 mins away.
