First time in Bangkok

As this was my first trip to Bangkok, I may appear to be a little gushy but for anyone going to Bangkok, this just doesn't get better. All staff at this 5 star right from the concierge at the door through to check in staff, restaurant staff and cleaning staff were nothing short of unbelievable. It may just be a Thai thing but it separates them form the rest of the world in terms of friendliness and service. No wonder it is referred to as the "Land of smiles". In terms of facilities - 5 stars says it all. In terms of location - as good as it gets.
