Excellent class services by all staff

Pros : Great service from our arrival till our check out. Staffs from various department are people centric never fail to greet and smile which make it very pleasant. Express my deepest gratitude for decorating the room so nice with fresh flowers and suprise cake for my wife wedding anniversary. She was totally amazed by the deco.
Cons : Probably more beer choice in the menu (e.g black or dark beer) and finger food in the menu at Zest.
Overall : Perfect rating and keep up the excellent service. Definitely will choose Westin again on my next visit. see you soon

Great location and great staff
2nd time staying here. One of my favourite hotels in Bangkok. Near to Terminal 21 and lots of fantastic street food. The staff here are very friendly too.
