Great Location & Friendly Staff

The location was excellent, and the staff tried their best - even though the check-in staff at the reception was new and gave wrong info, he was apologetic and his manager came to his rescue :) did not try the food so no comment on that. it was my birthday during the stay and they gave me a surprise birthday cake which tasted great - that was a nice surprise. they were also extremely apologetic when there was an electrical blackout in the room on our first night and sent a apology letter. overall, very satisfied with my stay there.

great location and comfy rooms

Can't beat the Westin Asoke's location.
