Not a 5* Hotel

We have booked Nikki Beach as we know it from Dubai. Service really average, staff does not speak English well, especially breakfast waiter. Food wasn't good either, tried Sushi by the pool, breakfast Buffet was OK. Cold cuts were very poor, but you can order one items from a la carte menu. Breakfast area was full of annoying flies( obviously it is island, but there are solution for this) Room was stylish and clean - housekeeping- great job, requests were done quickly.
Beach area is small, water very dark ( could not see anything) not pleasant to swim at all. Reception staff very reserved, nobody was asking how was our stay, if we need transportation etc. They give 10% discount on F &B,but there is also 17% of VAT and service charge will be added to your bill. If you are looking for more than just a place to sleep, I would not recommend this property.
