Nice big rooms, clean comfortable

Rented a car which was a good choice as it allowed exploration of the island. Nikki beach is isolated so it's good to able to get out and about and is only about 20-30 minutes from the airport. Another 30-40 minutes gets you all the way around the siland going the other way. Beach is pretty quiet with a couple other resorts nearby and outside the resort a bit polluted but that's Thailand. Nearby is waterfall 2, don't stop at the bottom where most tourists stop, keep going up to the right past a ramshackle hut and get to the top for a private lagoon and small cave. Rope lines lead the way up but be in good shape. Informal guide may be there to assist you.

Quiet location, lively resort
