Nice, spacious Bungalows but service varies

Good quiet location with nice gardens. Bungalows great but service staff varied. One staff was very helpful in guiding about hotel and Samui. On the other hand, when we were running late for an event, we ordered transport in advance with the front desk. When we got there, transport was not there and they had to order a taxi. The hotel position itself as celebrity hotel so I would somewhat expect better service.
Breakfast was average. Sunday brunch was fun watching people party and with good music. Food average with a few good dishes. I think you pay for the party scene more that the food.
I would come back for the nice room but would likely try other properties.

Relaxing and luxurious

A great hotel for party animals but not families.
