A great hotel for party animals but not families.

There was a large construction site next door to the hotel but this was not a problem as it was on the other side of the resort to our room. The main problem was that this hotel is NOT child friendly. There is a DJ playing loud techno music by the pool from 11am to 6pm daily which is open to the public who come there to party. The pool is also not child friendly. Maybe my problem for not researching this further. To the management's credit they informed Agoda not to charge us any of the cancellation fee which they could have. The manager also gave us a free lunch valued at $200US and a free taxi to our next hotel. Great management, great service but only great to stay at if you want to party.

nice resort in a secluded area

Beautiful location and friendly staff
