Disappointing
The room was a deluxe sea view, which was to be honest amazing. But that's it. I arrived at 2pm to check in and was told my room was not ready and to wait 30 mins in the lobby, one hour and fifteen minutes later after waiting, the room was ready. So I checked in at 3:15pm, which isn't really acceptable when you've paid a lot of money and travelled far to get here. The bed was rock hard and not very comfortable, and also the room was close to the road so you could hear all the mopeds/horns/and people as they walk past. There is a nice little street food place outside but you can hear all the people late at night whilst they're there. I didn't pay for breakfast, but had a tour early next day. I asked how much was breakfast from reception and was told 200 baht, at the rear of the hotel is their shared restaurant with another hotel, approx half a mile walk up hill. When I got there I was told breakfast was 400 baht and the choice was very minimal. Overall I was not happy with my experience here and would not recommend.
