Stunning view / lackluster experience

1) Erratic service staff - we could perhaps identify only 2 staff who were truly friendly and efficient throughout our stay. While the rest might put on a smiley at first, behold, at the slightest incomvenience to them, their face changed faster than Szechuan face mask changing art! My friends and I find it quite entertaining watching them change after a while. God forbids that u want your onions more cooked at the omelette station, eye-rolls and silent grudge will show!

2) no acknowledgement of SPG gold member.
Still cost us more than a grand per night though.

3) long wait on the buggy, poorly coordinated lethargic staff (seemingly jaded by tourists)

4) this is by far our worst W experience. The only salvation is the view and nice villa.

Comfortable, great assistance from staffs.

The staff are so helpful and nice. The room is so clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was that about not having enough hot water while showering.
