GREAT VIEW, nice private pool

The W retreat hotel was EXCELLENT in terms of its hardware. The view, facilities, the private pool, the seaview, and various amenities you would expect.

The service and 'people', however, could use some improvements. We will write a more detailed review.

Overall, this was a great experience.
