Terrible

This was possibly the worst place I have ever stayed, after being checked into the wrong room twice we were then made to pay more for a below average room. The room was basic it looked nothing like the photos online. The WiFi didn’t work on the resort the staff were misrable. Also we asked for our room to be cleaned and we was told there was no staff and we would have to wait until tomorrow. You also need to be informed that some of the rooms are up multiple flights of stairs which isn’t great when you have asthma and also those rooms back on to and un safe looking area. This was the most expensive hotel we have booked and by far the worst!
