Good location, acceptable to stay

This hotel is a renovated hotel so some room functions are not in good conditions. My relatives and I firstly got the rooms on fifth floor but the windows could not be locked so we requested to change the rooms. The rooms that we stayed were ok but quite difficult to slide and close the bathroom door. The other thing was that we could smell cigarettes from rooms nearby even we chose for non-smoking rooms.

One of the room no air-con for two nights and hotel staff said will change room but at the end never change the room for us. This hotel takes too much tour group instead.
