Value for money & strategic location

Hotel looks a bit old, but I'm surprised by its cleanliness. Staffs are friendly, we arrived at 9am and able to check in immediately. Linens are clean, beds are comfy and clean as well. Toilets are clean be it in the room or lobby.
The only problems we had is just access card no working the first time and we had to go back down to reception to fix it, and there's no control of the water heater- water is hot no matter how we did it. Fortunately, help came right away after we informed the reception and problem solved almost immediately!
Im happy with the location as well, as its so near with halal eateries and walking distance to most of the attractions. As it's not too near with main shopping mall area, night is peaceful without noise. Transportation was never a problem since we can easily get tuktuk in front of the hotel, and many Grab drivers around most of the time in the hotel area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Recommended :)

Great location, early check in
