Bad Bad Bad

Requested twin bed before making reservation for 2 rooms, cause travel with parents and kids, upon arrival they told us as usual all rooms was fully booked, cant get any solution for us, not even try to check and help. FINE!!! the bath towel only provided 2 each room as we got 6 traveler, need to pay extra to get it!!! everything is just about more money and money!!! really disappointed with this trip!! will strongly not not not recommended this hotel again

Hotel location is good but not for the staff and management
