Hotel location is good but not for the staff and management

The overall experience of the hotel stay is good and value for money.

However, the staff asking to keep our passport instead of just photocopy of our passport. And, we have to give them 3 passports for 3 rooms. Consider like deposit but they will return it back during check out. No iron at all and for hair dryer need to pay deposit THB 1000.

The worst part was during the check out, we don't know why suddenly the staff said that we have to pay 200baht for a broken soap container. They accuse us to broke their soap container and asked us to pay. We are not even use their toiletries since we all brought our own toiletries.

p/s: And, I just realised that there are several comments in Agoda sharing about the same soap container story.

Good location, acceptable to stay
