Request queen size bed as early stage,end up give me twin bed . WiFi can’t use at all

Location is nice , but difficult to find . As I mention I request queen size bed at early . But the staff can just tell me queen size fully book . I feel like doest make sense . If my booking is made by today tomorrow I’m check in . Then I’m not gonna blame it . The WiFi can’t use at all . Totally not a friendly WiFi . Other is ok . Like the room is clean .

The staffs were helpful, location is good, but the facility need to improve
