Comfy beds, variety of pillows too!

We booked into our room, which was fine until 10pm when the aircon decided to make a real noise. we wanted to swap rooms and They cohldnt have been better in swapping our room, we got a suite with a living area bigger kitchen (the kitchens were a bit odd, you have tea and coffee making facilities but nothing else even though there was a stove and a western oven in our kitchen) we had a bath in our bathroom as well as a shower. Each room down stairs has a jacuuzi tub, we only stayed 2 nights but didnt get to use it. When we went to our new room the guy asked if we wanted to spray the room for a smell, honestly we never smelt a thing, but felt it a curious question... at check out the receptionist just nodded and didnt say thank you even though I can and did speak Thai with her, overall it was ok stay, but bit disappointed with a few things, but the beds were great and no noise from neighbouring rooms.

Hopeless breakfast and restaurant service.
