Definitely 5 star

Stayed in a premier 3 bedroom. Upon check in we were greeted warmly who then provided us with refreshments and wet towels which we greatly need. The rooms were spacious and everything was need was there. The location was fantastic and within walking distance to BTS and convenience stores.

Unlike most comments, breakfast was decent unless you are expecting international buffet (don't forget you're staying in a service apartment). One of the egg station staff, his name View, greets his guest without fail and makes excellent eggs.

On the other note, I have to comment the staff from Shama for arrange the surprise birthday cake for my gf. Thank you to for arrange the complimentary cake and Vickie for bringing up to our room. I will definitely recommend Shama residence to my families and friends.
