no customer service

upon check in, there was no assistance to bring the bags to the room, no orientation...like find your own room, there’s the direction! breakfast was poor also. nevertheless, rooms were clean and smelt so good. pool is so small, not useful. beds are comfy. you won’t see staff at the reception to help anyhow.
