Hotel under Renovated

We arrived at Htl about 20.00pm. First room assignment was wrong(not what we booking for). Change the room to better categories but still not as good as supposed to. No Coffee or Tea facilities as stated on the website. On Sunday we have to wake-up early at almost 08.30am even it was Sunday and it cause from there are some iron work for renovated right under our room and also above our room also are some works. What r u thinking of work on early Sunday morning and awake the guest up TV also available only 3 channel even cable are exits all over Thailand especially up north. Wi-Fi not working in the room.

Just don't do it
