I loved my time at the Koh Jum Resort. I spent 5 days in the peace there. It is very remote and there really isn't much to do but walk up and down the beach, hike, eat or sleep. It is right on the ... อ่านต่อ

This resort is just as pretty in person as it is in the pictures. We arrived and there was a mix up with our booking but Anny the hotel manager (very friendly) quickly fixed everything and even upgraded us to the beautiful teak bungalows. We couldn't wait to escape the madness of the tourist crowds in Ao Nang and Krabi and were so relieved to arrive at the bungalows and see the peacefulness and serenity of the location. There is a beautiful little beach right out front of the resort and at high tide it's perfect for swimming and relaxing on the sand. At low tide the rocks appear but they are still beautiful. The resort provides snorkel gear to borrow or buy and plenty of towels for the beach, it has three hammocks and bamboo beach lounge chairs for relaxing and even though it doesn't provide kayaks you can rent them at the next resort up the beach for 100baht an hour. We got one of the best massages of our lives at the resort, highly recommended, you lay on a small mattress right at the edge of the beach under a little pagoda-amazing. The restaurant has amazing food also and our waitress "Green"(spelling?) was really cool. If you order your food "Thai Style" they'll make it how the locals eat it and it was INSANE, very spicy but delicious. One day at lunch because it was slow they let us go back into the kitchen and the cook taught us how to make pad thai and pad see ew. The Red and Green Curries were also the best we had in Thailand we thought. (Even better then Chote Chitr in Bangkok) All in all we had a great time, left relaxed and would definitely come again.
