Unprofessional

Someone came out in their pyjamas to give us our room keys. We were clearly struggling to carry all of our bags all and no one offered to help on both check in and departure. Can not call reception or order food in the restaurant as there was no phone in the room, air conditioning was broken and leaking on the bed, a lot of hot sleepless nights. You do not have the option to speak directly to a manager so your queries tend to go unanswered. The room was clean and nice for what you pay but the amount of inconvenience will definitely not bring me to stay here again.

well priced, Muay Thai area
