Great rooms, no service.

The hotel is on a great beach, and very calm, away from the noise, though very close to the buzz. The pool is very nice. We had a 3 persons bedroom. Perfect (very nice design, clean,...), with a covered patio as well. What is strange about this hotel is there is no intention to provide food and beverage. Only basic service is available on basic setting. Some staff are nice (ladies), others are rude. Overall, they are not trained to serve customers. Now, there is no need because other hotels / bars very close do provide the service. I still recommend this hotel. It is a good 3 stars and could easily be 4 stars with F&B real service.

Great Hotel But...
Came here during the Full Moon Party season. The room was spacious with a big hot tub and separate shower area. Nice and comfy bed. Interior was great. A short 3 minute walk to all the beach parties..... อ่านต่อ

Staff and beach were amazing
