Room information not honest. Many things in room not working.
The room information was like this: standard room; no view, superior room; balcony, terrace. Our superior room only had a tiny window overlooking dirty rooftops, no terrace or balcony. So dishonest description, not value for the money we paid for it.
We stayed on night in the Delux room, but the bathroom was so tiny you could hardly get in it and the toilet would only flush if you stuck your hand into the cistern. I had to flush the toilet by filling the waste bin with water from the shower and pouring it in. We then stayed in a superior room, but the fridge was broken and the bedside light wouldnt turn off.
As we had to leave before breakfast, the receptionist said they would ensure we got breakfast the night before. (We've done this in other hotels.) We'd paid 400 baht for breakfast, we were given 2 stale croissants, 3 bananas and 4 small box drinks, total value 80 baht.
We found the Marina Seaview nearby much better value for money and much newer and better rooms and bathrooms.
