Lovely but unpredictable

The setting and rooms were lovely. The staff was very friendly and the Thai massage at the spa was wonderful. However, the resort was quite empty and when the restaurant was advertised to be open, it was often closed. We had to go into the kitchen to ask someone to bring us a breakfast on two of the three mornings. One evening we came back from a full day expecting to eat supper in the restaurant but it was unexpectedly closed. The staff had difficulty speaking English. There was no information on tours or sites to visit in the area and the location was quite far from the center of Chiang Rai. This is a nice spa destination, but is not a tourist hotel.

Comfortable stay but bad dining

Poor receptionist, ignore customer. Rooms are far. Insects are very much and it's come into the room. Have a big gecko in front of my door's room. but good atmosphere and quiet.

Nice hotel
the hotel is good as its standard. The location is a bit far from the city but if you are seeking for peaceful vacation, it is a good place.
