Bad hotel but has potential

This hotel was relatively quiet because it is just back from the main road but you can still hear some noise from bars nearby. The room had a balcony but there is not any privacy. The opposite rooms are very close. The biggest problem with this hotel is the cheap shower in the bathroom. It has one setting and only sprays sharp and thin water. The shower is in a wet room over the toilet and the whole room in old and dingy. The other problem is the terrible breakfast. I've seen worse breakfasts in China but this one is a disgrace. There are some spicy stir-fries and but only cold eggs, soda (not juice) and instant coffee. The pancakes are cold and there is margarine instead of butter. Very disappointing for such an expensive hotel.

Building work outside at unsociable hours.

Should improve breakfast variety.
Extend swimming pool time and improve on breakfast. We stayed for 4 days and got the same type of food. Also, breakfast ends at 1130. but when we went there at 9.30 everything is almost finished. but ... อ่านต่อ

not meeting my expectation for money
Booking via Agoda 3 months ahead. Giving us the old room. Everything just look (and really) old. Asking for new towel and told me they will send to room but never.
