Bad hotel, wasting my money
We originally booked a triple room seaview and a Pool front family room quadruple room, we have a total of 7 adults and a child, when we checked in, the hotel informed us that the previous guest in the Pool Suite room continued to extend, so we cannot get the Pool Suite room. We had online full payment a month ago, why the hotel also rented the room to others, and changed us to three triple rooms, we have children, it is inconvenient to separate.
The next thing is, there was a problem with the air conditioning in the all three rooms, it was delayed until around 9pm in the evening to help us change the room. We been changed to a double room with a sea view and a triple room with two extra beds, the air conditioning in the double room with sea view is still problematic.
This hotel gave me unsatisfactory experience, I did not receive the services that I deserve, for such a high accommodation fee. Me and my family are not enjoying this holiday at all because this hotel ruins our holiday moods. Conclusion, this hotel is not worth staying.
