Virtually everything about this hotel is great, a particular shout out goes to the wonderful staff. I walked in off the street looking for hotel, and Pomthip on the front desk could not have been more helpful and accommodating. She showed me the various options and I was immediately persuaded it was the right place to stay. Throughout the rest of my trip, she was extremely helpful in organising packed breakfasts for me because I was departing before breakfast started, and organising trips and taxis. The management are lucky to have her.
The beach bungalows are lovely; simple, clean, and spacious. The bathroom in my bungalow was rather dated, but the location within the charming gardens and close proximity to the beach, as well as comfy large bed and restful room more than made up for this.
There are plenty of loungers on the beachfront, as well as a hammock.
Massage is available at the hotel at the edge of the beach, and I had a couple of exceptional massages with a masssuer called Ooo. I highly recommend him.
Breakfast is okay, and all the staff in the breakfast restaurant are so pleasant and helpful.
I have no hesitation in warmly recommending this wonderful hotel.
