Superb hotel but need to improve on service

The room was clean and neat, spacious. Awesome hotel without a doubt. Has two pools. It was quiet area. Walking distance to aonang beach but they do provide shuttle to the beach. Needs improvement on service. Had to keep calling to get things. Booked room for 3pax but they prepared the room for 2pax. Upon check in certain things wasnt available. When made up the room, didnt top up items and robes properly. But they replenish when asked to. Staffs are helpful and friendly. But some need to improve on simple english. Other than that. Loved the stay there! Got to see the sunrise from the room and the view is awesome!
