Ideally located excellent location in the city. Friendly and helpful staffs from all departments.was welcome with their herbal drink and it's smoothes from thirst of humid weather. Buffet breakfast was fantastic and Muslim friendly too. Hotel has free shuttle bus to MBK Center and Platinum mall which are wholesale and mostly packed with shoppers and it departs 10 am daily from hotel. Except for the call to replenish the toiletries, it took very long. Overall we will give 8 out of 10.

Excellent hotel
