Hotel employees were wonderful, some of the best in providing great service. Location is pretty good for exploring the Khao San Road area and within walking distance to the Grand Palace, Wat Mahathat and the amulet market, but it's not hard to catch a cab or tuk tuk if you don't want to walk. Many small cafes catering to tourists around. There's a money exchange right next door that offers pretty good rates. Room itself is good, nice bed. Hot water was a bit inconsistent, towels were old and the air seemed slightly damp on our floor; in fact there were a bunch of towels laid out at the end of the corridor on our floor, why I don't know. Given the level of service, I'd consider staying here again.
