Great location, but air con did not work!

Extremely helpful female manager, very friendly and does much to help you enjoy your stay.
A very delightful person, and made our stay much more enjoyable.

The cleaning staff are very good too, don't forget to give them a tip - even when you leave (such as your spare Baht coins you will not use).

A key problem with staying at the J Hotel was the air conditioner did not work in one of our rooms, which made for a very stressful time for my friend who was staying in one. Not a good holiday experience to have that kind of stress and pressure put on you, especially when the water coming out of the shower is always hot (at a minimum)!

Dusted room, unhelpful staff and facilities
