bad surprise!

a night in this part of thailand, we expected a luxury hotel!!! not at all:
- we were cold all night despite two blankets. the rooms are done only for the hot season, we had fresh stream of air through walls and windows. the ridiculous, the air conditioner works but there is no heating. the individual unit that provides hot water worked badly, than no shower!!!
- mini bar is lousy and overpriced! a packet of nescafe which costs only $ 0.10 in trade, is charged $ 1.00, do you realize? when we think that we have this free drink and sometimes as much as you like in a $ 10.00 guest house. it is frankly ridiculous when a room costs $ 50!
conclusion: the hotel is very well located (on the banks of the mekong), but the rest is far, too far from being up to par...
