Newly reopened resort with great potential

Pros: Nice looking rooms. Professional staff. Cons: Did not have same room type available as we booked through Agoda. The whole room was newly refurbished with one exception: The shower was old and only had cold water. My wife got food poisoned eating chicken Masaman and was sick for 30 hours. (Staff helped)

Good but not great

I don't regret my visit but wouldn't recommend to a friend
- Laundry: Used and damp towels folded on random beds. (They mixed my friends towels with mine?) I got a new one in an hour or two when I asked. Even the washed towels were damp. Clothes didn't smell ... อ่านต่อ

Staff was not really helpful. Location is really remote.
Villa Cha Cha is remote and all the shops around more expensive than on other parts of island. Gas and rental of motobikes is somehow a monopol as you have to walk far away to the next bigger village.... อ่านต่อ
