A worn down place

Location is good but no one seems to care about the facilities. Lack of maintenance all over. Wifi was terrible to a point where we struggled to book the next hotel. Bed was terrible. You are lucky if you can get a shower cause the water pressure is horrible. Food is not good and the options around aren’t any good either. We will never go back. Cannot understand how they got 8.7 with Agoda cause every day they had guests arguing with the managers in the reception so we were not the only ones that had complaints. Totally overpriced and not worth a visit.

Beautiful location, great rooms!
We loved staying at Villa Cha Cha. The location couldn't be better on gorgeous Haad Salad. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the food is good. Thumbs up!
