Good location, basic acccomodation

Overall a decent place to stay for the money. The Bridge on the River Kwai is a 15-20 minute walk away. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The cottage was basic so if you don't need any frills then this will fit the bill.
A few things to note: If stairs are an issue, you might not want to book the bamboo cottage, the other options would be okay. Breakfast is okay but the other food was a let down. The staff were friendly but spoke very little or no English so if you go looking for help or advice on what to do and how to get around you'll be disappointed.

Plain, but everything you need
