Comfortable, centrally located

My boyfriend and I stayed at Sivatel on the last night of our 2-week trip to Thailand. We had previously stayed in Bangkok for 5 days at the beginning of our trip in an AirBnb - for this last night we wanted to stay somewhere comfortable, a bit more luxurious, and that had a pool. Sivatel checked all those boxes. We were surprised with an upgrade to a suite upon arrival - the room was lovely, well decorated with a great view, very comfortable bed, huge bathtub and shower, robe/slippers, complimentary water bottles. They also offered pillow service - you could call reception to send you 5 different types of pillows! The pool itself was great and has an incredible view of the city - our only note was that it could have been a touch warmer. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and arranged a well-priced taxi for us to the airport. The hotel is very centrally located, just a block from the Ploen Chit BTS stop - great for getting around the city. Highly recommend!

Relaxing and perfect accommodation for a couple

Superb Pool & Views
Lots to appreciate here, though I wish we'd stayed on the other side of Ploen Chit, as our business was at the U.S. Embassy. Still walkable, but many hotels are much better situated. Wireless runs on... อ่านต่อ

Convenient location but the hotel is a bit old
had a 3-day stay with my frds at the 2 bedroom suites, the rooms are not really connected but we shared the same main door / corridor. The hotel is a bit old and did not quite live up to the 5-star ex... อ่านต่อ
