Utterly disappointed to their Front Office staff

Front Office staff were just unbelievable bad. I can’t even get the name of their staff whole handle my check in in an unprofessionally manner. They don’t allowed me to know her name for my official complaint in writing. I only read other guests review in Agoda to realise that there were plenty of unsatisfactory customers. Will definitely won’t stay in this hotel anymore. Two thumbs down.
