We have a not nice experience to stay in this hotel

We have to go up to 17/F for check in. No and Limited space for waiting check in. Check in process take us so long time. We never had a bad experience during check in. We show our booking, they still need us to send our booking one by one to their email addresss . It takes us too long time to wait as some of the kids were already fall asleep. The maintance was not doing good. The breakfast is very so so. The waiter not enough to serve people. The choice is limited and no refills. I can’t believe it a 5 star hotel.

Good hotel but hallways need updating
