tries hard but falls a little short
this is nice hotel in a great location - right on wireless road, less than a 5 minute walk from the phloen chit bts and about 8 minutes from central department store. the gym and pool are very nice. there was a wide variety of asian and western items at breakfast. we had a one bedroom suite that was very large and had great views of the city. the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.
where they fell short is on the facility itself. the signal for the wifi in our room was very weak, so it was very slow or we kept getting kicked off and having to login again. the hot water in the bathroom didn't last long enough for two showers in a row. there was a huge beautiful bathtub, but not enough hot water to fill it. the physical layout of the hotel is a little odd and confusing. the hotel must be new because none of our taxi drivers had any idea when we gave them the name and address. when we arrived at the airport taxi stand, it took a total of 5 taxi drivers discussing the hotel for several minutes before they could come to a consensus on location.
not a bad hotel, but with all of the options in bangkok they need to fix the little issues.
