Most of the hotel facilities were clean and new, and I'm satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

It was smaller than I thought but was very quiet since most of the guests were Europeans. I had a few questions regarding my stay at the hotel and emailed them several times but I could barely get the replies from them. What I liked the best about the hotel service was the TukTuk shuttle opetating 24 hours for the guests. The driver stands by all the time and it was quite close to the BTS station from PloenChit Center. I personally had a real hard time walking around BTS Nana station because of the bad smells and uncleanness of the street. BTS Ploen Chit station was actually a bit closer to the Ploen Chit Center, and had better environment compared to Nana station. The swimming pool was quite nice and good to get tanned. Most of the hotel facilities were clean and new, and I'm satisfied with my stay at the hotel.
